Matt Mason State Poet Photo
An ekphrastic poem is a type of description of a work of art. Former State Poet Matt Mason will lead a day of art, words, and creativity. Inspired by Grace Hartigan: The Gift of Attention, Mason will lead interactive poetry activities that transform looking into writing. Discover how visual art can spark imagination and self-expression through poetry, no experience required.
