In conjunction with Smithsonian’s Museums on Mainstreet exhibit Crossroads: Change in Rural America, the Red Cloud Opera House is will present the Great Plains Mini-Film Festival. The festival will screen two films, Waiting for Guffman, and Minari. Immediately following the screening of Minari, a panel of experts conduct a moderated discussion entitled, “Telling Our Stories: How Public Art Reflects and Projects Rural Lives.”
