Description
This is a flexible presentation of readings/discussion, a writing workshop for beginning and seasoned writers, or a combination of both. Hansen will read selections of her writings to show how the Great Plains has shaped her sense of place and connections with the natural world. The workshop includes guided writing exercises for participants to generate their own poems or prose. The presentations are participant-focused, interactive, and will allow time for discussion. For middle school through adult.
