The Pershing Mural Curriculum Committee has created an academic curriculum in the areas of art, art history, language arts, history, and historic preservation using the Pershing Mural mosaic as a focus. The lesson plans and accompanying teaching materials contain Nebraska Standards, Learning Objectives, Direct Learning, Guided and Independent Practice, and Evaluation Standards that are written for the sixth-grade level but could be adapted for higher or lower grade levels.
