Kusi Taki, led by Oscar Rios Pohirieth, provides experiential learning and musical opportunities for audiences to engage with South American music and culture. They sing and engage in discussions around particularly the indigenous Quechua and other peoples of the Andes mountains regions of South America. He also sings in both Spanish and Quechua to bring alive the cultures and history of the indigenous people of the Andes.

Students and their families will hear, learn about, and discuss the music, roots, and meaning of global cultures expressed through music and discovered right here in Nebraska.
