After a brief presentation on some similarities and differences between Humanities Nebraska and Nebraska Arts Council grants, we’ll open up the conversation for your questions.

This online office hour is an opportunity for you to ask questions about grants in a group setting, and to learn from others’ questions. The session will not be recorded.

This zoom session may be most useful for someone applying at these
upcoming HN grant deadlines:

May 1, 2026, mini grant deadline
(for projects beginning on or after June 1, 2026, requesting $2,000 or less)

June 15, 2026, media grant deadline
(for media/website projects beginning on or after October 1, 2026)

July 1, 2026, mini grant deadline
(for projects beginning on or after August 1, 2026, requesting $2,000 or less)

August 3, 2026, major grant deadline
(for projects beginning on or after October 1, 2026, requesting more than $2,000)
