SUMMARY:Masterclass: Guitarmania to Beatlemania
DESCRIPTION:Participants will get to have the rare opportunity to hear some firsthand insight into the depths of what it is to be a master guitar player as well as discover more about the styles of music ranging from Latin\, jazz\, blues\, pop and folk. Tickets are required and cost $25. Click here for more information or to register. \nAs a world-renowned guitar virtuoso and entertainer\, Lawrence Juber’s work has been heard on recordings from artists as diverse as Harry Styles\, Dan Hicks & countless others\, plus he is featured on the soundtracks to hundreds of TV shows and movies including the academy award-winning Dirty Dancing\, Good Will Hunting and Pocahontas. He is also a master composer. His album LJ Plays The Beatles was voted one of Acoustic Guitar Magazine’s all-time Top Ten albums. As an arranger and composer his solo arrangement of The Pink Panther Theme earned him a second Grammy. LJ is known as one to the very top session guitar players and can make his instrument sound like no other. Pete Townshend from ‘The Who’ calls him “A Master”!
