SUMMARY:Introduction to Nebraska Prime Time Family Reading Program
DESCRIPTION:Prime Time Family Reading (for families with children ages 6 to 10) and Prime Time Preschool (for families with children ages 3 to 5) are six-week programs designed to strengthen early literacy skills\, critical thinking\, and family engagement. Each week includes an interactive reading of an award-winning children’s book\, discussion among families over themes found in the book\, and hands-on literacy activities for preschoolers. \nJuly 1 is the application deadline to host a Fall 2025 Prime Time in Nebraska. We accept applications from schools\, libraries\, community centers\, museums\, churches\, and other non-profit organizations.
