The Flatwater Free Press will tackle these questions and more at its third annual Flatwater Festival on Wednesday\, Sept. 17.\n\nThe event includes a free forum from 1 to 4:30 p.m. on the campus of Creighton University\, where journalists will be in conversation with newsmakers about the future of our state.
